“The Way We Win” is a business game about building strategic partnerships with your customers.
After receiving identical briefings, participants competes in teams of six – building their case.
During the case preparation the teams can get supplementary information in many different ways:
- Themed information meetings (where only one person per group are allowed)
- Questions to the Customer team (who chooses what to answer and how)
- Call’s and one-on-one meetings
- Massive amounts of supplementary information
After two hours all teams must submit an “Account Development Plan” and then do a 90 second “elevator pitch” (recorded on webcams – simultaneously for all groups).
ALL contributions are reviewed and rated by the customer team – and by at least 3 competing groups.
This – in addition to a lot of other observations on the groups work and approaches – leads to an intensive debriefing session, where each group receives detailed feedback on their performance.
Finally winners are identified and celebrated. And learning points shared.
The Way We Win is an intense half- to full day game experience with lot’s of learning.
The core of The Way We Win is an interactive process flow supporting many different roles (Teams, Customer representatives, Facilitators) and with detailed individual feedback to each group. The engine can be adapted to any specific case.
